  • Belonging means feeling known, valued, and safe within a community. It also means knowing your voice matters and having meaningful opportunities to participate and contribute.

  • This community-wide initiative is being coordinated by Noblesville Diversity Coalition in collaboration with community partners, including the following: the City of Noblesville, Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton County Tourism, Hamilton County Foundation, and Crosser Family Foundation.

  • We want to hear from people who are connected to Noblesville. This includes people who live, work, worship, shop, dine, attend events, or consider this community part of their life. You do not have to be a resident to participate.

  • The survey asks people about their experience of belonging in Noblesville. Questions explore topics such as welcome, safety, connection, participation, trust, representation, and community pride. It is designed to help identify both strengths and gaps in how belonging is experienced.

  • The survey is designed to be brief and accessible. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.

  • Your voice matters. The survey will help establish a baseline understanding of belonging in Noblesville and guide future conversations, decisions, and actions. The more people who participate, the clearer and more helpful the picture will be.

  • Individual survey responses will remain anonymous. Results will be reviewed in aggregate to identify overall themes, patterns, and community experiences.

  • No. This initiative is intended to understand belonging across the community as a whole while also paying attention to how experiences may differ across backgrounds, identities, and life situations.

  • After the survey is complete, responses will be reviewed to identify themes, strengths, and gaps. Findings will help shape next steps, inform community conversations, and support efforts to strengthen belonging in meaningful ways.
